Yes! There are a plethora of options in today’s busy world, and if cooking is not your thing, you can still incorporate healthy, delicious, nutritional habits that will steer your health in the right direction. We will cover various alternatives during the sessions.

According to the NIH (Library of Medicine), “Eastern medicine encompasses both traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda techniques, which are holistic systems of medicine that have existed for far longer than conventional Western medicine.” Grace Hom Wellness incorporates both Eastern and Western modalities as one is not more important than the other.

I do not take health insurance, however some providers will allow for reimbursement of Health Coach services using your FSA/HSA benefits. You can reach out to your insurance providers to find out if preventative management services are covered under your plan.
