Health Coaching Services
In 2021, Grace became a certified health coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, an accredited program approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
Grace Hom Wellness offers health and wellness mentorship and coaching to individuals who are seeking individualized and personal assistance, guidance, and coaching in their efforts to improve their health and well-being.
Grace Hom’s health coaching offers clients the opportunity to improve their lifestyle and increase longevity by making sustainable, long-term changes. Coaching is ideally a collaborative relationship between coach and client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize her or his personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Grace Hom’s health coaching applies these concepts to assist and help clients with their health goals.
